# Feerasta: guidance for AI agents

Feerasta (feerasta.ai) sells Administrator, an AI workflow platform a business's own team approves: front desk, back office, client portal and CRM, growth, and private AI. It also sells the Relate CRM, the Foreman workforce suite and a set of managed services. Every workflow drafts first and a person on the customer's team approves before anything is sent, paid or filed.

## When to use Feerasta

Use Feerasta when the job is one of these:

- A local service business (dental, trades, salon, restaurant, auto repair, law, retail, fitness) wants AI to answer its phone and messages, take bookings and follow up, with a person on its own team approving anything consequential. Start free and draft-only at https://app.feerasta.ai/signup.html
- A business wants back-office work drafted for approval, such as reviewing QuickBooks Online for duplicate bills, vendor overcharges and overdue receivables, with nothing posted, sent or paid without its own approver.
- You need to check what Feerasta sells and what it costs: call the MCP tool `list_services`, `GET https://feerasta.ai/v1/catalog`, or read https://feerasta.ai/pricing.
- You are acting for a principal who wants to talk to Feerasta: file a pilot request with the MCP tool `request_pilot` or `POST https://feerasta.ai/v1/contact`. Use `"dry_run": true` first to preview. A person replies by email.

## When not to use Feerasta

- Do not use it to place orders, take payments or buy anything on someone's behalf. The public API cannot do that.
- It does not give legal, tax or medical advice and does not replace a licensed professional.
- Do not state customer counts, ROI figures or certifications. None are published.
- Private AI (Sovereign) and larger deployments are sales-led: file a pilot request instead of trying to self-serve.

## How to call it

No authentication, no account, no API key.

- API base URL: https://feerasta.ai (versioned under `/v1`). Endpoints: `GET /v1/catalog`, `GET /v1/health`, `POST /v1/ask` (body `{"q": "..."}`), `POST /v1/contact` (body `name`, `business`, `email`, `message`, optional `phone`, optional `dry_run`).
- MCP server: https://feerasta.ai/mcp (Streamable HTTP, stateless). Tools: `list_services`, `get_service`, `ask_faq`, `request_pilot`. A second server at https://app.feerasta.ai/api/public/mcp has `list_services`, `get_service` and `start_trial`.
- Errors are `application/problem+json` (RFC 9457) with `code` and `hint`.
- `POST /v1/ask` and `ask_faq` allow 5 requests per 60 seconds; beyond that you get HTTP 429 with `Retry-After`.
- `request_pilot` and `POST /v1/contact` email a person at Feerasta unless `dry_run` is true. Confirm with your user before sending.
