Every switch-on runs a battery of hostile test questions. It cannot go live while a critical check fails.
Checked after, every time
Stored conversations are scored afterwards, not sampled. Anything risky is set aside for a person to review.
It works only on the website addresses you register with us. The chat on this page is the same widget.
What it does not do.
- It does not read your files by itself. We turn them into answers with you. You cannot drop a PDF into the chat and have it answer from it.
- It does not write new answers. A question nobody answered gets a polite request for contact details, not a guess.
- No one takes over the chat window. When a customer wants a person, you get their details and reply by phone or email.
- It does not book or take payments in the chat.
- No patient health information. We do not sign BAAs. Clinical work belongs on Sovereign, on your own hardware.
