Where do most owners start?+
With one quick win, usually a website plus the growth system, or Ledger to catch overcharges. You don't buy the whole house at once. We find the fastest payback and start there, then add lines as you grow.
Is there a contract?+
Free and Team are month to month and cancel from your account. Business has a three-month minimum, Ascent Full a 90-day minimum and the Fractional AI Officer a three-month minimum, each stated with its price. Private deployments and the Growth Partnership have their own terms. No auto-renewal traps, and your data exports at any time. Annual plans waive the setup fee.
Do I own my site and my data?+
Yes. Your site, domain, numbers, and customer data are all yours and leave with you whenever you go. Your data is never sold and never used to train someone else's model.
What happens if the AI gets something wrong?+
A person reviews what the AI does, and it never sends, pays, or commits anything on your behalf without your say-so. It recommends, you decide. Before going live it is tested against your real calls and invoices, running alongside how you work today.
Will this replace my staff?+
No. It takes the busywork off their plate so your people spend time on customers, not paperwork. It works alongside your team and your accountant, not instead of them.
Do you work with the tools I already use?+
Yes, to the ones we have actually built: QuickBooks, your bank and card statements, Tally, your own email inbox, WhatsApp, and phone calls and texts. Xero is written but not switched on yet, and we do not connect to tills, POS systems or live bank feeds today. No QuickBooks? We read your statements directly, so there is no new accounting software to learn.
How fast can we go live?+
Days, not a project. Websites are built before you pay so you decide on the real thing. Deputy and Ledger go live within days of the setup fee, tested against your own past records first.
Is my data private and secure?+
Yes. Data is encrypted, kept per-business, and never sold. Data is hosted in Germany today; a Canadian data region is on the roadmap, not available yet. Where residency is a requirement, Feerasta Sovereign runs the AI inside your own boundary: your servers, your private cloud, or air-gapped hardware.
