Flat. Unlimited seats.
The price is the price.
Start free with one workflow, draft-only. Pay a flat monthly number by how many workflows you run live, not by seat, message or token. Leave in one click.
The price is the price.
One monthly number in your currency. Natural-voice minutes are the one pass-through: billed at what the carrier and voice provider charge us, itemised on your invoice, never marked up. The rule-based text and web workflow does not call a language model. Connected providers and natural-voice services have their own charges.
Pick how much you want live.
Platform plans cover configured workflows for customer enquiries, back-office work, your portal and follow-up. Private infrastructure, Relate product plans and managed services are scoped separately. Confirm the workflows included in your plan before activation.

Free and Team are month to month. Business has a three-month minimum. Private deployments, managed services and Growth Partnership have separate terms. Prices in USD; Canadian clients are billed in CAD and see CAD above. The Growth Partnership is the one line priced per booked job, with attribution you verify, never one we define. How that works →
Compliance is the default, not a plan.
The things a horizontal vendor sells back to you as add-ons are how the platform works.
Draft-first
Every message, payment and posting is a draft until your approver enables the rule. The log keeps every decision.
No model call on customers
Web, SMS, WhatsApp and voice answer from your approved rules through one resolver. Same answer every time, nothing sent to a model.
Consent and opt-out
A consent record per person, per channel. STOP on any channel revokes every channel, HELP is answered, and a caller who asks for a human is transferred or leaves a message. TCPA and 10DLC in the US, CASL in Canada.
Your data stays yours
Never sold, never used to train a shared model. Export it as JSON whenever you like and schedule deletion with a 30-day window. What we keep → The pledge →
The managed lines and one-off builds still exist.
Ledger, Deputy, Advisory, Studio, Ascent, Foreman, Bespoke, AI Visibility and Creative each carry their price on their own page, and the services page lists them in one table. Edge, Sovereign and funding are scoped. All services →
When it is bigger than a monthly plan.
The prices above are for a single business buying one thing. A multi-site rollout, a regulated deployment, or a back office run across several entities is scoped rather than listed, because the honest number depends on what is already in place.
Master agreement and statements of work
A master services agreement covers the relationship once, and each piece of work is a statement of work under it with its own scope, acceptance criteria and price. Your legal team reads the MSA once rather than a new agreement per project.
Committed annually, invoiced monthly
Larger engagements are priced on a committed annual basis rather than month to month, which is what makes a dedicated team and a response commitment possible. Multi-site and multi-entity work is priced per site or per entity, not per seat.
Your ground, if that is the requirement
Where residency, regulation or IP sensitivity rules out a shared platform, Feerasta Sovereign runs the same capability on infrastructure you control. The subprocessors we use for everything else are published in full.
Proof before signature
Before anything goes live it is tested against your own past records, and the controls that enforce that are written down in how we prove it, including what we have not earned yet. Procurement questions are answered on security and trust.
A few quick answers.
What counts as a workflow?+
One of the five types switched on live for your account: front desk, back office, client portal and CRM, growth, or private AI. Inside a type you can run as many rules, channels and approvers as you like. Free gives you one, draft-only; Team is priced by how many are live.
Why does the price match my country?+
You're seeing US pricing in US dollars because of where you're visiting from. Canadian clients are billed in CAD, US clients in USD. The number you see is the number you pay, in your currency.
What do voice minutes cost?+
Natural-voice calls are the one thing we cannot make free, because a carrier and a voice provider charge us per minute. We pass that through at cost, itemised on your invoice, and it is off until you turn it on. Rules-based text and web responses make no model call. Messaging and natural-voice providers may charge for delivery or usage.
Is there a contract?+
Free and Team are month to month and support cancellation from your account. Business has a three-month minimum. Managed services and partnerships have their own terms. Business and Private engagements can be committed annually, invoiced monthly, because that is what makes a response commitment possible.
What is "Coming" on the Business tier?+
SSO, finer roles, an uptime SLA and a Canadian data region are being built and are labelled as such, in one line under the tier rather than in the feature list. If your questionnaire needs them today, we will say so in writing rather than sell them early. What we have and have not earned yet →
How does the back office compare to a bookkeeping service?+
Most AI bookkeeping services start around $300 to $800 a month and are built for funded startups. The back-office workflow starts free, catches vendor overcharges those services do not look for, and works alongside the accountant you already have.
Do the math, and see us next to the alternatives.
Two honest tools. What your phone is quietly costing you, and how we stack up against the platforms you are probably also weighing.
One workflow, draft-only, no card.
Build it, test it, run the battery. Pay when you want it live. Prefer a person first? We will point at the one workflow that fits, or tell you none of them would.
