Acceptable use
What these services may not be used for.
This applies to anyone using a Feerasta service, including AI agents we run on your behalf. It exists because an AI agent acting for you is still acting, and the things it must not do should be written down before somebody asks it to.
You may not use our services to
- Contact people who have asked not to be contacted, or send messages that breach TCPA, CASL, GDPR or the equivalent law where the recipient is.
- Impersonate a real person or organisation, or present an AI agent as a human when asked directly.
- Generate content designed to deceive, defraud, or manipulate somebody into a financial decision.
- Handle payment card numbers, government identity numbers or health records through channels we have not agreed in writing are appropriate for them.
- Make legal, medical, accounting or investment recommendations to a third party under your name without a qualified person reviewing them.
- Reverse engineer, resell or white-label the service without a written agreement that says you may.
- Attempt to extract another customer’s data, or to make an agent act outside the instructions its owner gave it.
What we do about it
If we believe a service is being used this way we will contact you first, unless the conduct is causing immediate harm, in which case we will suspend the service and then contact you. We would rather ask than assume: most breaches we have seen anywhere are somebody not realising, not somebody deciding.
Reporting misuse
If you believe a Feerasta agent has done something on this list, write to hello@feerasta.ai. Include the phone number, address or link involved and the approximate time. We will tell you what we found.
