It started as a family problem.
I'm Meer Feerasta. My family has run businesses around the world for generations: manufacturing, farming, real estate. Like most family operations, the real work lived in paper registers, WhatsApp threads, and one trusted accountant's head. When I started building AI systems, I didn't build them for clients. I built them to run our own operations, and I have now put AI to work inside every one of them, because my family's workers were counting on every payslip being exactly right.
That origin shaped everything. The payroll engine had to reproduce real months from our own payroll record, more than eleven years of consecutive approvals, before anyone trusted it. The bookkeeper had to catch real overcharges on our real bills. Every system runs draft-first, a person approves everything, because that is the only standard I would accept for my own family, and it is the only standard I will offer you.
Today I split my time between Windsor, Detroit, and Lisbon, and run Feerasta the same way: each line owned end to end by the person who built it, with one escalation step, the founder. That is me.
