Workflow 03 of 05 · Client portal + CRM

Every customer, one thread.
Every action, approved.

Relate is our own CRM and client portal: contacts, companies, leads and deals on a pipeline, one inbox for email and SMS with the compliance gate in front of it, quote to invoice to payment, and an assistant that drafts and, when you approve, acts.

Relate is live at relate.feerasta.ai. New product, so you will not find customer counts or review scores here, only the thing itself. Read the product page →

What it replaces

The line item it takes off your desk.

Each card is the thing you pay for or do by hand today, and what this workflow does instead. The price is set against that line item rather than against software seats.

Replaces: Contacts in three places, deals in your head

The spreadsheet CRM

Contacts, companies, leads and deals with a kanban pipeline, custom fields, saved views, import and export. One person, one thread, with every call, text and email on it.

Replaces: Follow-ups sent from personal phones

The unsubscribe you missed

A unified email and SMS inbox with a suppression gate in front of every send: one-click unsubscribe, STOP handling, CASL consent, DSAR export and erase, retention rules.

Replaces: Quote in a document, invoice in another tool

The quote that stalled

Products to quotes to invoices to payment through Stripe payment links, with weighted forecasting on the pipeline. Your keys, your Stripe account.

How it proves itself

It has to earn the switch.

The same rule on every workflow: it reproduces your own past before it runs, a person approves what it drafts, and the log keeps every decision. The six controls, and what we have not earned yet →

1

An evidence ledger

The assistant can draft a reply or a next step, but every fact it states links to the source it came from. If it cannot cite it, it does not say it.

2

Bring your own model

The AI assistant runs on the model key you connect. Nothing is sent to a model you did not choose, and nothing trains a shared model.

3

Acts only on approval

Drafts wait. A person approves before a message leaves or a record changes. The workflow engine is visual, so you can see what will fire and when.

Day one, draft-first

What you actually see.

You start with drafts and traces rather than an empty screen, no card is taken, and every decision stays yours.

Minute 5
Import your contacts from a CSV or your old CRM. Pick the industry edition: trades, legal, restaurants, or horizontal.
Minute 15
Connect your inbox and SMS with your own keys. The suppression gate is on from the first message.
Hour 1
Build a public form for the website. A submission becomes a lead on the pipeline with the thread started.
Day 1
Let the assistant draft. Follow-ups, summaries and next steps appear as drafts with their sources. Approve or edit.
Week 1
Quote to cash. Send a quote, turn it into an invoice, take payment on a link, watch the forecast update.
Honest limits

What it does not do yet.

Written down so you are not surprised. The roadmap is public in how we prove it.

Client portal + CRM

Try it on your own questions.

Draft-first from the first minute. Nothing sends, pays or files until your team says so, and your data is never used to train a shared model.
