How does setup work, and how long does it take?
You can start the same day. Your workspace opens in draft mode on day 1, with one workflow, no outbound sending and no card. Read the answer

Can AI answer my business phone after hours?
Yes. Your carrier forwards the calls you cannot pick up to a number we set up, and the AI answers from rules you wrote. Read the answer
Can I keep my phone number if I use an AI receptionist?
Yes. Most owners do not want a new phone number, and you do not need one. You ask your phone company to forward some calls to a number we set up for you, so customers keep dialling the number they know and see no change. Read the answer

What does an AI receptionist do that voicemail does not?
Voicemail records a message and waits for you to call back. A Feerasta Concierge call is answered: by default the AI says it is an automated assistant, replies from the hours, prices and booking rules you wrote, takes the caller's details, books where your Feerasta booking calendar is set up, and passes the caller to a person on request. It is safe when the AI drafts and a person decides. Feerasta Ledger reads your invoices and receipts, flags problems before you pay, and drafts reminders, but nothing is sent without your say-so. Read the answer
