What you pay for

• Ads you approved and we delivered. Not credits, drafts or retries.
• An ad you turn down after the change round is not billed.
• The writing, the checks, the posting plan, posting in your accounts and the month's results are in the price.
• Your ad budget is separate. Meta and Google bill it to your own card. It never passes through us.

Your accounts, your files

• Ads run only in your own ad accounts, through partner access. We never ask for your password or your card.
• Nothing is posted or boosted without your yes, and only inside the budget you set.
• The ad account, the Page and the files stay yours.

AI, labelled

• Where a platform or the law asks for an AI label, the ad carries it and the platform setting is switched on.
• No AI person is ever shown as a customer, and we never write a review.
• Reviews are quoted word for word, with the reviewer's permission. Before and after pictures come only from your own jobs.

How a month runs

1. We agree the month's offer with you.
2. We write the ads from your own facts, site and reviews, and check every word, price and face by eye.
3. You approve each ad in your portal, or ask for a change.
4. We run the approved ads in your ad accounts.
5. We send you the month's results from those accounts.

Each month learns from the last

• Before we write next month's ads, we read this month's results: what to keep, what to drop and what to try again.
• Results are copied from your own ad accounts, with the report name and dates.
• We never promise a cost per lead in advance.
