SMS terms
How our text messages work.
These terms describe the text messages (SMS) sent by Feerasta, and by businesses that use Feerasta to text their own customers. They sit alongside our privacy policy and terms of service.
Who sends the messages
Feerasta sends messages about our own services. A business that uses Feerasta can also text its own customers through our platform; those messages are sent in that business’s name, and the business is responsible for having your permission to text you.
What the messages are
- Replies and follow-ups. A reply to an enquiry or a call you made to us or to a business, and follow-up about it.
- Service messages. For example an appointment confirmation or reminder, or a request to review a business you dealt with, from a business that has your number because you booked or asked for a job or an invoice.
- Marketing messages. Offers and news, only if you agreed to receive them in writing, for example by ticking the marketing box on a form. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything.
How often
Message frequency varies with what you asked for. We do not text before 8:00 am or after 9:00 pm in your time zone where we can tell it.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Feerasta does not charge you to receive messages.
Stop and help
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel. A STOP on any channel stops our texts on every channel.
- Reply HELP for help, or email hello@feerasta.ai.
- You can also start again later by replying START, or by asking us.
Your mobile number
We do not share mobile numbers or text opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our messaging provider and carriers handle messages only to deliver them. See the privacy policy for how we handle personal information.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and your coverage.
