How does setup work, and how long does it take?
You can start the same day. Your workspace opens in draft mode on day 1, with one workflow, no outbound sending and no card. If you want help, setting up with us is one 60-minute call for $299 once on the Team plan (CAD $390, EUR 299). Ledger and Deputy go live within days of the setup fee, tested against your own past records first. We do not promise a fixed go-live date beyond that.
Day 1
Your workspace opens. The free plan runs one workflow in draft mode, with no outbound sending, so nothing is sent, paid or filed until your team says so. No setup call is needed to start free. Your data is hosted in Germany (EU).
Week 1
- Phone: we set up your line with you and walk you through forwarding. You and your staff call it before any customer does.
- Drafts: you read each reply the system drafts and approve, edit or reject it. Every decision goes on your audit trail.
- Ledger and Deputy go live within days of the setup fee, tested against your own past records first.
- Relate, our CRM, is set up with you on a call. It has no public signup yet.
Weeks 2 to 4
The free period lasts 14 days. You can ask for 14 more, and a person grants it. After that you choose your plan and pay by card in Settings, monthly or yearly (two months free), or we set it up with you. Nothing is charged without your OK.
What we ask of you
- A short call, so we can learn how your business runs.
- Your opening hours and the questions customers ask most.
- The name of the person who approves what goes out.
- Past records, if you want us to test against them.
If you would rather not set it up alone
Set it up with us is $299 once (CAD $390, EUR 299) on the Team plan. It is one 60-minute call in which we import your customer list, connect your phone line and set up one workflow with you. If you move to Business within 90 days, the $299 is credited in full. It is optional.
