A fixed-scope project against the blueprint. We build, you see it working, and we hand it over, tested against your real data. You own the result.
Run (optional)
Want it hosted, monitored, and improved over time? A flat monthly retainer keeps it running and evolving. Or take it and run it yourself, your call. The code is yours either way.

How long does a build take?+
The Blueprint is usually days. The build depends on scope: a focused automation or agent can be a couple of weeks; a full internal system takes longer. The point of the Blueprint is that you get a firm timeline and a fixed price before you commit to the build, so there are no open-ended surprises.
Who owns the code and the result?+
You do. We hand over what we build, and it's yours to keep. If you want us to host, monitor, and improve it on a retainer, that's a choice you make, not a leash. You can take it and run it yourself any time.
What won't you build?+
Anything misleading, and anything that crosses into regulated advice. We build software and AI; we are not your lawyer, accountant, or financial adviser, and we won't pretend a build is one. If a project touches money, law, or compliance, we build a tool that supports your licensed professionals, not a replacement for them. We'll also tell you honestly if something isn't realistic or isn't worth building, before you spend.
How do you price custom work?+
The Blueprint is a fixed fee, and from it you get a fixed price to build. No hourly meter, no blank cheque. The Blueprint fee is credited toward the build if you go ahead, so the discovery isn't wasted money.
Can you work with the systems we already have?+
Usually yes, and that's often most of the job: connecting and extending what you already run rather than replacing it. The Blueprint maps your tools and data first, so the build fits your stack instead of forcing a new one on you.
Do you work remotely?+
Yes, fully remote, wherever you are, and in person where we can meet you. Either way you get a named owner on your account who can read the code, and one escalation step, the founder.
