What is Feerasta Relate?
Feerasta Relate is a CRM we built ourselves, running at relate.feerasta.ai. Contacts, companies, leads and deals sit in one pipeline, email and SMS land in one inbox, quotes turn into invoices and payment links, and an AI assistant drafts the next message and shows the records it drew from. It is from $149 a month per workspace (CAD $195, EUR 149) with unlimited users. There is no public signup yet, so we set it up with you.
What is in it
- Contacts, companies, leads and deals on a kanban pipeline, with custom fields, saved views, and import and export.
- A unified email and SMS inbox with a suppression list, one-click unsubscribe and STOP handling.
- Quote to cash: products to quotes to invoices to payments through Stripe payment links, with a weighted forecast.
- A visual workflow automation engine.
- An AI assistant that drafts and, once you approve, acts. Every fact it states links to its sources.
A gate on every send
The assistant drafts, and acts only once you approve. A compliance check sits in front of every message. If someone has opted out, Relate stops the send before it goes.
What it costs
- From $149 a month (CAD $195, EUR 149) per workspace, with no per-user fees. It counts as the CRM workflow on Team and is included in Business.
- Ledger books inside Relate add $100 a month (CAD $130, EUR 100), or $249 a month with the CRM.
- AI model usage is separate from the plan price.
Limits we state plainly
- No public signup yet. A setup is a conversation.
- Ledger books in Relate have no live bank feeds. Reconciliation works from an uploaded statement.
- Relate invoices are not certified Portuguese invoices, so they cannot be used as legal invoices in Portugal.
- We do not sign HIPAA business associate agreements, so Relate is not for protected health information.
Common questions
Do I pay per user?
No. Relate is priced per workspace, with unlimited users.
Can I sign up for Relate myself?
Not yet. There is no public signup, so we set it up with you on a call.
Can I use Relate invoices in Portugal?
No. Relate invoices are not certified Portuguese invoices, so Portugal needs certified invoicing software.
