What is Feerasta?
Feerasta is an AI workflow platform that a business's own team approves. It has five workflow types: front desk, back office, client portal and CRM, growth, and private AI. It was built to run the founder's own family business before it had a client, and its agents draft what goes out, such as a message, a payment or a posting, for a person to approve.
Who runs it
The founder is Meer Feerasta, who splits his time between Windsor, Detroit and Lisbon. Feerasta is being incorporated as an Ontario corporation, with a Michigan subsidiary for US customers. Until registration is complete it is operated by Meer Feerasta in Ontario, Canada.

- Concierge: phone answering from rules you approve.
- Ledger: an AI back office that checks invoices, drafts reminders for what you are owed and keeps the books current.
- Relate: a customer relationship manager (CRM).
- Foreman: a workforce suite for attendance and patrol.
- Ascent and AI Visibility: getting found by customers and by AI assistants.
- Studio: websites. Advisory and Sovereign: strategy, and private AI on your own infrastructure.

The rules it works by
- Draft first, a person approves. Agents propose and do not execute.
- The customer-facing front desk makes no model call. It answers from rules you can read, so the same question gets the same answer every time.
- A request for a person, a complaint or a request for regulated advice is checked before anything you set up and flagged for a person on your team.
- Nothing goes live until it reproduces your own past. A channel that fails a backtest of your history cannot go live.
Where the proof comes from
The systems run the founder's family manufacturing business, which has more than eleven years of consecutive monthly payroll approvals, pre-audited by an outside firm every month since 2018. We would rather show one company in full than a wall of logos. Tests prove reproduction, not judgement, and we say so on the verification page.
