How much does AI bookkeeping cost?
Feerasta Ledger managed bookkeeping is $499 a month (CAD $650, EUR 179), or $4,990 a year (CAD $6,500, EUR 1,790) with two months free and setup waived. That covers one company and up to 300 bank and card transactions a month. Larger books are quoted before we start.
What is included
Our team, with AI help, reads your invoices and receipts, records the vendor, amount, date and line items, matches each to the bank charge, flags what looks wrong before you pay, drafts reminders for what you are owed (you approve them), and sends a plain-English monthly summary. It works with your accountant, not instead of them.
The other prices
- Setup is $499 (CAD $650, EUR 179) and is waived on the annual plan.
- Catch-up for months not yet booked is $250 (CAD $325, EUR 165) per month of backlog, agreed in writing first.
- Books above 300 transactions a month are quoted before we start.
If you already use a CRM
Ledger books inside Feerasta Relate add $100 a month (CAD $130, EUR 100), or $249 a month with the CRM. There are no live bank feeds, and reconciliation works from an uploaded statement. Relate invoices are not certified Portuguese invoices.
