No QuickBooks? You can still know your numbers.

Most local owners never set up accounting software, and don't want to. You don't need it to finally see where your money goes.

The bookkeeping tools everyone names were built for accountants and funded startups. For a corner store, a salon, or a one-truck contractor, they're overkill and a chore. So the books end up in a shoebox, a notebook, or a spreadsheet that's three weeks behind.

Here's the thing: your bank already has the data. Every sale that settled, every bill that cleared, every supplier payment is sitting in your account. The job isn't data entry. It's making sense of what's already there.

How "link your bank" works

Using the same secure, read-only connection your banking app uses, your account links in a couple of minutes. From then on, every transaction flows in automatically. No typing, no receipts to enter by hand.

Each transaction gets sorted, sales here, inventory there, rent, payroll, utilities, card fees, so you get a real profit-and-loss without ever opening accounting software. Snap a photo of a paper invoice and it lands in the same place.

What you finally see

  • What you actually made. Money in, money out, and the number that's left, this week, not next month.
  • Your real margin. What's making money and what's quietly losing it.
  • What's coming. Bills due, money you're owed, and how many weeks of cushion you have.
  • Where it leaks. Overcharges, duplicate bills, spend that drifted up without you noticing.

It's read-only, and it's yours

The connection can only read your transactions, it can never move your money. Your data stays yours, encrypted, and is never sold. And if you do have an accountant, they get clean books at year-end instead of a shoebox.

"Link your bank, we do the rest" beats "go learn accounting software." That's the whole idea.
