Where is my data stored, and who can see it?
Your data is hosted in Germany (EU). The outside services we use are listed, with their purpose and where they process data, on our subprocessors page. Your data exports at any time, and you can delete it when you choose, with a 30-day window. Nothing is deleted when you cancel.
Who can see it
Each business has its own workspace. Drafts wait for a person on your team to approve them before anything is sent, paid or filed. Live replies to your customers come only from rules your team approved. The third parties we use are the ones listed on the subprocessors page. Some of them process data in the United States; our privacy policy explains the safeguards we rely on.
AI model providers
When AI drafts for you, a model provider processes that drafting. If you use Feerasta's managed AI, the consent text you accept states that usage data is sent to Anthropic or OpenAI. If you bring your own key, you pay that provider directly.
Call records and how long they are kept
Feerasta does not record call audio. For calls the AI handles, you get a written record and a plain summary. Written records are kept 12 months by default, and you can set the period from 30 days to ten years.
Health information
We do not sign HIPAA business associate agreements. Do not put patient health information in Feerasta. Clinical work belongs on Sovereign, on your own hardware.
Leaving
- On the Free, Team and Business plans, cancel any time in Settings. The plan ends at the close of the paid month, with no cancellation fee.
- Nothing is deleted when you cancel.
- Export your data any time, and delete it when you choose, with a 30-day window.
